Torus in 2011
Torus has had a busy year so far with several titles in the pipeline at varying levels of completion and across many existing platforms. For completed titles we will post release information on our site and our Twitter feed as soon as we are given the go-ahead!

Our most recent release was a series of online educational recycling mini-games with one of our Victorian city councils, Zero’s Enviro Frenzy. We thoroughly enjoyed the development process with Manningham City Council and working with a local partner. Our other local development partnership with HES has yielded Crystal Mines for DS, which is currently available only in Australia as of late 2010. We have received many enquiries regarding this title and it’s very apparent that the Crystal Mines franchise has a solid and enduring fan base.

In other gaming news our second Scooby-Doo title, Scooby-Doo! and the Spooky Swamp, released September 2010, has scored 76 on Metacritic.com for the Wii. We are very proud of this title and of all the hard work and dedication from our team.

As always we are continuing work on our proprietary technology and have recently made some major improvements to our PS3, 3DS and iOS engines.

We will continue posting updates into 2011 as information becomes available. Stay tuned!

Torus Announces 'Little Monsters'
Torus is proud to announce our original prototype title, Little Monsters.

Starring eight stylized, archetypal monsters such as werewolves, mummies and zombies, this family platform title is based on cooperative, problem-solving game elements in an interactive 3D world. Developed with the assistance of Film Victoria, Little Monsters delivers a rich visual style which contrasts bright colouring with an ambient, spooky world that creates a deliciously eerie - but not overtly sinister - atmosphere.

Torus is currently seeking a publishing partner to bring this game to the world.
